Five points members have previously worked for first level companies, specially focused in the industrial and logistic sector, offices, retail and in the real estate promotion. In the last few
years, we have developed our own activities which are highly focused on the real estate sector and mainly concentrated on the Andalusian market.
After many years of experience and encouraged by clients who seek our services, we have decided to embark on this new project that aims to be a reference in Real Estate Consulting for companies and property owners, investment funds and other players in the sector.

We consider specialization one of our esencial premises, therefore we have created FIVE POINTS, an independent company but closely related to all the activities we have been carrying out. This allows us to focus on this sector and, through the different areas in which we structure our activity, provide a comprehensive service to our customers.
In other words, we help our clients to see their needs, to specify them, to seek them out and to execute them. Not in vain, FIVE POINTS is the only Real Estate consultant in Seville that owns a technical department that provides both consultancy and guidance services.
